The Dr. Desimone Charity for champions scholarship applications are available online. All Cypress Bay student-athletes that are graduating in 2017 should look into this opportunity.
March 28th-31st – FSA Reading Retakers, Algebra EOC Retakers
Super Testing Days: Students will come to school to take the tests required. If a student is not testing, we will have activities TBA for students.
April 19th and 20th – FSA Reading -9th and 10th graders
April 26th and 27th – Math EOC’s Algebra, Geometry and Algebra 2
May 3rd – Biology and Us History
Students who have already submitted their summer paperwork to their guidance counselor may begin to register for summer dual enrollment courses on Monday, March 13, 2017. Students must pay for their own textbooks during the summer session.
The deadline to pre-order your yearbook for $85 has been extended until March 20th.

On Wednesday, April 5th you will be participating in a FREE SAT.
Cypress Zone meeting, Monday March 6 at 7:00PM, Location: Everglades Elementary, Speaker: Dr. Michael Rizzo, Topic: A Practical Guide for Understanding Those Who Learn Differently Than the Herd.
We are offering a mock SAT and ACT on March 25th at 8:00 a.m. Please see flyer for details on how to sign up. Available to all grades.
March 7th — 6:30 p.m. — Auditorium — Junior Night — explain the process; what are colleges looking for; how, when and where to apply; different types of applications; letters of recommendation; essays; testing: SAT, ACT, Subject Tests; timeline; resumes; early stats from the colleges this year, scholarships and financial aid.
April 27th — 6:30 p.m. — Auditorium — Junior Night (the sequel…lol) — everything we covered the first Junior Night + all of the stats and results from the students who were accepted this year, the new essay prompts/deadlines for the Florida and out of state schools, AND we will have the College Admissions Directors from UF and University of Miami share with you exactly what they are looking for from their applicants.
