PT Team focuses on initiating and maintaining personal physical fitness as well as a healty life style. At competitions we compete in timed events such as a one mile run, 2 minute push-ups, and 2 minute sit-ups. A new addition to this team will be regulating and maintaining good eating habits. This team provides many positive life long attributes for ANY and all cadets. Please come out to the team even if you do not wish to compete.
